WHAT DO WE DO?

Through a group of more that 50 parent volunteers we support parents who are struggling to cope. Families need support for many resons including post-natal illness, disability, bereavement, the illness of a parent or child, or social isolation. This is parents supporting other parents to help build a family's confidence and ability to cope. Families are supported all over the Stroud District area.

LATEST NEWS

Our next course for volunteers will begin on the 21st February 2012. So if you have some free time to give - maybe your children are now in school or you may be in between jobs or retired we would love to hear from you. We run a 10 week course (on one day per week within school hours). All travelling expenses will be reimbursed. Please contact us for further information and see our "Become a Volunteer" page in order to access an application form, a role description and a volunteers leaflet.
